False. The Missouri Human Rights Act only covers people who are age 40 to 69 years old. Federal Law has no limit on the upward age but in both laws the person who complains has to be at least 40 years old. Age discrimination complaints are on the rise in Missouri. Today, complaints of age discrimination make up over 10% of the complaint inventory.
