            On April 8, 2008, Petitioner filed a Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss stating that the parties have entered into a fully-executed settlement agreement.

 

            Therefore, the Hearing Examiner recommends that the Missouri Commission on Human Rights issue a final order dismissing the case.

 

            SO RECOMMNEDED on April 9, 2008.
