OF DISMISSAL

 

            On October 31, 2007, Petitioner filed a Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss, stating that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement.

 

            Therefore, the Hearing Examiner recommends that the Missouri Commission on Human Rights issue a final order dismissing the case.
