RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

 

            On July 26, 2007, Petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss stating that the provisions in the settlement agreement entered into by the parties have been satisfied.

 

            Therefore, the Hearing Examiner recommends that the Missouri Commission on Human Rights issue a final order dismissing the case.

 

            SO ORDERED on July 30, 2007.
