RECOMMENDED ORDER

OF DISMISSAL

 

            On November 6, 2006, Petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss, stating that the provisions contained in the Settlement Agreement entered into by the parties on October 5, 2006, have been satisfied.

 

            Therefore, the Hearing Examiner recommends that the Missouri Commission on Human Rights issue a final order dismissing the case.
