OF DISMISSAL

 

            On April 30, 2007, Petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss stating that the provisions contained within the settlement agreement entered into by the parties have been satisfied.

 

            Therefore, the Hearing Examiner recommends that the Missouri Commission on Human Rights issue a final order dismissing the case.

 

            SO RECOMMENDED on May 2, 2007.
