Annual Wage Order

Annual Wage Order No. 15 *** Now in Effect ***
The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission has issued Orders resolving all objections filed to Annual Wage Order No. 15. Therefore, Annual Wage Order No. 15 is now final and in effect as of May 20, 2008.

Excessive Unemployment remains in effect since October 19, 2007

Due to a clerical error, Footnote "g" was inadvertantly omitted from Annual Wage Oder No. 14 for Washington County for the Occupational Title of Plumber. Footnote "g" has been inserted and applies to the Occupational Title of Plumber.

Due to a clerical error, the rate for First Semi-Skilled Laborer issued in Annual Wage Order No. 14 for Boone County was incorrect. The Basic Hourly Rate should be $20.37 with Total Fringe Benefits of $8.99. Overtime No. 110 and Holiday No. 7.

Based on incorrect information provided to the Division of Labor Standards, the fringe benefit percentage amount issued for the Occupational Title of Electrician (Inside Wireman) in the June Incremental Increase for Annual Wage Order No. 14 was incorrect. It should read 39.5% instead of 39.75%.

The Missouri Prevailing Wage Law Sections 290.550 to 290.580 Public Works During Excessive Unemployment, were in effect from:
July 21, 2003 through December 19, 2003
July 20, 2004 through September 12, 2005
