Since 1957, the MCHR has had an obligation to educate the citizens of the State of Missouri about illegal discrimination. Even though the law has been in effect for over 50 years, simply having a law is not enough to prevent discrimination. Many people do not know what their rights are under the law or the rights of other people. The MCHR realizes training and education can help people interact successfully in the workplace, in places of public accommodations (like schools) and in their neighborhoods. The MCHR has specially-designed training programs to assist the employee, employer, tenant, housing provider and businesses in becoming more knowledgeable about their rights and responsibilities under the Missouri Human Rights Act.
The MCHR training fee schedule is:
PRIVATE
1-50 people $25
51-100 people $20
100 plus $15
|
GOVERNMENT
1-50 people $20
51-100 people $15
100 plus $10
|
There is no charge for providing training to students.
